Why manual index? – Page 2 – The Dillon Forum 650 - I bought a Dillon 650 and have case and bullet feeders - It is like a slot machine - Pull push the handle I can EASILY hit 1200 rounds per hour at an easy pace with the feeders I also have an RF-100 - It takes me 4 minutes per 100 rounds (slow and steady) on the Dillon 650, and the RF-100 fills in 2 minutes with auto-shutoff
Sticking cases in Size-decap (. 40 SW) – The Dillon Forum I just switched my 650 from doing over 1,000 rounds of 9mm to my brand new 40 setup New Dillon carbide dies, new quick change, etc Unfortunately I keep getting cases stuck in the resize-decap die and it's driving me nuts If I apply a bunch of lube it doesn't seem to happen, but straight neck pistol cases and carbide dies shouldn't need lube

550 primer seating problem – Page 2 – The Dillon Forum Maybe someone from dillon could respond to this?? I have a 550 and I have had the same problem with high seating primers The pin that pushes the primer has enough travel to seat the primer but it doesn’t seam to push them far enough I have made sure everything was adjusted properly even did the alignment procedure with the alignment tool
