I just switched my 650 from doing over 1,000 rounds of 9mm to my brand new 40 setup New Dillon carbide dies, new quick change, etc Unfortunately I keep getting cases stuck in the resize-decap die and it's driving me nuts If I apply a bunch of lube it doesn't seem to happen, but straight neck pistol cases and carbide dies shouldn't need lube

Maybe someone from dillon could respond to this?? I have a 550 and I have had the same problem with high seating primers The pin that pushes the primer has enough travel to seat the primer but it doesn’t seam to push them far enough I have made sure everything was adjusted properly even did the alignment procedure with the alignment tool

I finally called Dillon and the man suggested to replace the pin on the part that holds the old primer after it is popped out of the case and dumps it into the cup that mounts on the right bar of the press that moves That fixed most of my problem with old primers all over the press and not allowing it to go all the way down to seat the new primer
