What is your CPAT time? - Firehouse Join Date: May 2010 Posts: 21 #4 05-11-2010, 09:18 PM Cpat The CPAT is very easy I really can't see any reason why anybody couldn't pass the test in the alotted time of 10:20 It doesn't matter what time you get, as it is a pass fail test Fire departments don't get to see your times and the CPAT testing center won't give your times to them
Stair Master training - Firehouse Forums - Firefighting Discussion I have a weighted vest and we have a stair master at the Y the exact same kind used for the CPAT Any ideas on how to better prepare for the stairmaster, I have tried jumping on it for 10min and starting really fast and gradually slowing down but after 3 minutes I'm shot Also does anyone know how to set the Stairmaster to the CPAT setting?
