Zuma 125 or Honda PCX or Honda ADV? - Adventure Rider The Zuma is only a 125 but has a 4 valve head with variable valve timing so it seems to be comparable to most 150cc scooters The bodywork on the PCX and ADV will make servicing more expensive or complicated if you do your own The PCX and ADV have front wheel ABS The Zuma doesn't have ABS
Ruckus vs Zuma - Adventure Rider The Zuma is twitchy and vague when cornering, the Ruckus feels more planted and, honestly, easier to ride Both scooters can be modded to go faster but I don't really want the Zuma to be any faster I have a feeling that 50+ mph would be a white-knuckle experience The Ruckus on the other hand BEGS for a GY6 engine swap
Loss of top speed, symptom of variator issue? - Adventure Rider I had a Zuma 50 that got slow after about 5k miles Disassembly found that the sliding pulley was sticky - they get worn in the "C" shaped slot just before it would it allow for maximum opening A NCY replacement, new torque spring, and re-greasing took care of the issue Couple of weeks ago same type of issue with the Vino 125 my wife likes
Vino -vs- Zuma - Adventure Rider The Zuma has a higher seat height which might put some people off, but the 12" wheels make it more stable There is a a HUGE selection of aftermarket products available for the Zuma, so you can upgrade the brakes, suspension, and even increase displacement to 206cc
Zuma 125 fuel pump failure - anyone try replacement fuel pump only . . . My Zuma, which apparently uses the same type pump as a WR250R X, has had an intermittent starting issue after the bike sits about an hour, that may last an hour or two when suddenly the bike will start as if nothing has happened It seems this may be the issue - fuel pump taking a squat Anyone using one of these replacement pumps?
Zuma 125 for light off road - Adventure Rider Zuma 125's are lovely bikes and the fatter tires will be of some help off road but it's really not an off road bike, particularly two up in a national forest Also keep in mind that many forests require that you have a forestry certified spark arrestor muffler, 'not sure a Zuma would have that either You'd likely be better off on a small dual
2024 Yamaha Zuma 125 - Adventure Rider Hey Zuma owners! I am thinking about trading my Trail 125 for a Zuma 125 Anyone compared these based on comfort and speed? I would not be off roading it, just riding on gravel roads some Is there enough space for a 5'11" rider? How is the foot space for a size 12? #20
I love my Zuma 125 but. . . | Adventure Rider Zuma 125 sounds like a dud I absolutely loved my Zuma 125! With highway bars and the flat seat I had as much room as I would on any cruiser In fact the flat seat was the main reason that I picked the Zuma 125
What to do with a Zuma 125? - Adventure Rider I was drawn to the Zuma 125 from the start and that's what I ended up with This little beast was a trade in at a local scooter dealer They were straight forward to deal with and I got them down to $2162 OTD for a 2009 with 193 miles
