Our Story - Zigs Bakery Minnich's Farm Bakery opened in 1970 at a farm house on Green Acre Road in Lititz It was sold once in 1988 prior to our purchase of the bakery in July 2006 -- that's when owner Brandon Ziegler put his business degree and culinary skills into practice and started growing the business
