Cheaper Sur-Ron alternatives? : r ebikes - Reddit The SurRon is the cheap alternative It's very good value for what you get imo You can go cheaper with a DIY Alibaba stealth-bomber clone build, but it won't be the same thing (Not as good geometry swing arm design, and rear hub motor instead of mid-drive)
