Milk - Good Or Bad!?! - Bodybuilding. com Forums Milk - Good Or Bad!?! ok i have been working out hard now for a while and have always used milk as a protein source, for example i would put 2 cups milk with 1 scoop whey protein for breakfast, put milk in my shakes after workout, and 1 more shake before bed with milk now today i go into a new bodybuilding store and this guy tells me milk is no good and thta arnold said "milk is for babies"

I drink a whey shake first thing in the morning when I first get up I am inclined to believe that a blood sugar spike would help my protein-starved muscles absorb the whey Is this brah-science or would adding dextrose help?
