Review: Waterman Phileas - The Fountain Pen Network Our Waterman inventory at the moment consists of Waterman Phileas and Charleston models, in all available colors and modes - fountain pen, rollerball and ballpoint We also have genuine Waterman inks in stock Despite the fact that I'm a retailer of Waterman products, I think this review is still unbiased and presents an objective view of this pen
Has anyone figured out how to restore a frosted Edson Cap? - Waterman . . . It’s clear to me that all Waterman did was put a matte coating (that is clearly not thick enough) to give the effect A lot of the jewelery popular in the 90’s had this same finish, I know because my late grandfather was a jeweler Sadly grandpa is no longer here for me to ask what coating this is, but has anyone fixed theirs?
Leaking Carene - Waterman - The Fountain Pen Network I've noticed of late that when I uncap my Carene there is ink on the body near the nib area It appears that there is ink leaking from the small hole on the underside of the pen Is this a breather hole or what? Anyone else have this problem It gets to the point that I don't want to write with i

Sheaffer Legacy Heritage Vs. Waterman Carene - The Fountain Pen Network For my next purchase I have been eyeing a FP with inlaid nib I like the Sheaffer Legacy Heritage and the Waterman Carene I have never owned either brand and would love to hear your opinions - especially anyone that owns both Pictures for size comparison a big big plus! Waterman Charleston Review - The Fountain Pen Network Although Waterman made some compromises on the Charleston (short, plain looking nib, less than perfect finish, pretty high mrsp price), this is a rather nice pen It`s comfortable during use, thanks to the smooth nib and good proportions, the design has a classic inspiration and with a bit of luck, you can pick one of these for a really good price
What size nib F or EF - Waterman - The Fountain Pen Network I recently bought a waterman Carene fountain pen with a medium nib My handwriting is quite small so the nib is a little to wide for me I can sell this pen and buy a new one I like teh carene very much so I'd really want to buy a new one
Unfortunately My Most Disappointing Pens are the Carene Fountain Pens When combined with Waterman's water soluble inks, I've found this to be reliable with my own Watermans for getting good first start performance as long as I don't try to rush from point up to immediately touching paper and writing, and give the pen a second or two to rehydrate before trying to write, but I don't have a Carene to verify that
