Equipment Understanding Help for 25 RTTS - Community Forum As I have written before, equipment does NOT boost attribute level in any way any longer The SOLE effect that equipment has is to temporarily boost existing attribute levels in certain play areas when and only when perks that are connected to the equipment are active within the game during the play in question
