How do I stop testdisk - cgsecurity. org If testdisk hangs, you can stop it and retry to copy files wirhin your affected folder by starting with the last files and not the first ones until testdisk hangs again The result would be that you skipped a corrupt file It's only a suggestion Then start with copying the next folder But it's only possible if testdisk lists your files
