    General rule of thumb for newer S S carbs, Super E up to 100 ci, Super G over 100 ci If it's a stock 80 ci Evo, then Super E is the way to go You can adapt an older style such as a B, D, etc , but there isn't really any point on an Evo and the E is a piece of cake to tune

    OK, S S 101! take new motor and put in james gaskets where you can, on the crank senser hole put the trany plug from a five speed, it has a oring and seals the hole oil tight, and you should only have small oil seeps due to heat and time but not oil all over the place the teflon gaskets that S S uses are junk! I allso replace the auto comp releases with manuels the work every time you
