Changing spark plugs | Cadillac Owners Forum I got a used 06 DTS Y with 100,000 miles a couple of months ago It runs great, I figure may as well change out all the plugs after changing cam cover gaskets I cleaned out my throttle body, intake manifold (replaced gaskets as well), and the part where fuel injectors spray fuel, as they were really dirty It fixed my P0141 and 143 codes, and the engine runs much better under load Bit by bit
