Paradox Launcher V2 refuses to install The problem is probably with Paradox Launcher V2, and it doesn't depend on the game (Stellaris or another) In my case (I've never put Paradox Launcher, decided to go back to Stellaris and couldn't install Paradox Launcher) - the problem was completely solved using the method suggested here (comment from Count Dookie)
