Considering downloading new Nvidia app (beta). Questions? I would be primarily using the new app for driver updates currently, and potentially for Nvidia Control Panel settings in the future From my understanding when the new app is installed, it seems to replace or uninstall GeForce Experience Is this correct? Unable to retrieve settings. Try again later. : r . . . - Reddit I uninstalled everything "Nvidia", removed the driver via Device Manager (right click on video card, uninstall, check the box that says also uninstall driver), removed all folders in program files and appdata, removed temp, etc etc etc and STILL I get the same message, this HAS to be on their end, especially with all of the threads in the past days on on this sub alone
Setup Guide for HDR including NEW settings for Nvidia Users SpecialK is still a decent option, but if nvidia's version goes higher accurately, it would look better, especially compared to if you are trying to force SpecialK's settings past it's tone mapper's limitations (though the nvidia RTX HDR would have a performance hit by comparison apparently) Excerpt from a video I watched some time ago
The new Nvidia app Beta : r MoonlightStreaming - Reddit But Sunshine should keep working normally, and doesn't even depend on having an Nvidia card in the first place -- you can use it with AMD or Intel GPUs too And at this point, I think Sunshine offers a much better experience than GeForce Experience ever did, as long as you're tech-savvy enough to configure it in its web interface

All NVIDIA drivers provide full features and application support for top games and creative applications If you are a gamer who prioritizes day of launch support for the latest games, patches, and DLCs, choose Game Ready Drivers
Driver installation failed : r GeForceExperience - Reddit In case it helps someone else, for me, just an uninstall of geforce experience, and reinstallation, then allowed the Nvidia driver to be installed Kept getting the driver installation failure message until I did that
WTF is Nividia container and why it consumes 20% of GPU - Reddit When I install nvidia drivers, I only install the drivers and not the junk Geforce Experience No extra processes running, I'm smart enough to go to their site to manually check for new drivers, I don't need it to auto adjust my games because I'm smart enough to manually tweak my games and I don't use it for streaming
NVIDIA app - stream option gone? : r GeForceExperience - Reddit A place for everything NVIDIA, come talk about news, drivers, rumors, GPUs, the industry, show-off your build and more This Subreddit is community run and does not represent NVIDIA in any capacity unless specified
