2022 ANNUAL REPORT - NORCOM NORCOM answered 284,973 phone calls in 2022, 304,907 in 2021, 284,611 in 2020 and 204,782 in 2019 The National Emergency Number Association (NENA) holds a standard for answering 90% of calls in 15 seconds or less NORCOM far exceeded this standard in 2022 by answering 96 71% of all calls in 15 seconds or less
