The remodeled ones are nice (but expensive as you say), and the setting is beautiful I would never get one of the really old cheap ones, they are poorly insulated and that combined with electric heat and the common fees is just an unreal amount of expense The cheap ones generally need to be totally re-done inside Some people lived for 30+ years in the same unit without touching anything

Oracle, AZ - Is this unincorporated town a desirable place to live . . .
