If I go to network neighborhood, I can see my network device as a UPnP network device If I type in the ip address in ie, the webpage for this device pops up If I go to network neighborhood on the other computer, I can NOT see the network device at all If I type in the ip address in internet explorer it does not resolve giving me a 404
