The Development of Regency, Old Mill, and Miracle Hills If you look at the Dodge Corridor from 84th Street out to 120th Street including Westroads, Regency, Old Mill and Miracle Hills there is a Business Core on par or larger than downtown, a lot of high density residential, and huge retail establishment It seems like a long term plan and a common identity for this area would be a great idea
