This is a sensitive subject I would stand my ground and give my child my last name If the mother decides to change her last name in the future, she can also change her son's When my husband and I had our baby girl we weren't married yet and it makes it difficult when your child has a different last name than the mother

Girl names that dont end in a — The Bump Nearly all the girl names we like end in "a" (Maya, Lydia, Kayla, etc) However, so does my name which means it won't flow well as a middle name
Macy or Maisie? — The Bump i'm not a fan of macy because it's so dated but i love maisie maisy! i like either spelling and think everyone knows how to pronounce it it's also a cute nn for margaret
