They say they pay us for knet, but to me looks like they just . . . - Reddit From the previous knet- I'm certain the knet tracks how long you have it open Not how long it plays the video So You "worked orientation" before completing your scheduled shifts- that means you had worked time before the 40hrs would finish So it pushed you into overtime on your scheduled time This is perfectly normal
