What color is my paint (house, subdivision, furniture) - San Antonio . . . I just moved into a fairly new (1 year old) KB home and I chipped some paint while dragging in some furniture I called KB to get the color of paint and they told me to take a little off the house and get it matched by Sherwin Williams I don't want to chip off more paint I'm pretty sure they used the standard light brown paint on the house

Ok, Ive heard a lot of bad things about KB Homes, but. . . (Raleigh . . . There are tons of kb homes communities in the raleigh area, and I am sure people have complaints, but it is not a prevalent complaint that I have heard Let me know about the communities you are wondering about and I may be able to help you out a little more!

In the end, KB is not really a bad home They do not appreciate as fast as other homes but I really doubt any home will see appreciatation in the next 7 or 8 years In this market, you as a home buyer is a very very rare phenomena You may be the only home buyer the builder has seen in months

KB quality, like most tract builders, is going to be price-point dependent If you buy a 1500sf starter home with sheet siding and Formica counters in a neighborhood with 5' property lines, you're not going to have the same quality as the KB home built with brick masonry exterior and better interior finishes in a neighborhood with bigger lots and a higher price point
