mygov login problems - ATO Community Hello Susp3ct, As you've noted, without access to your original mobile device and not being able to log into myGov you can't unlink the old mobile device to use the myGov app either You can use the myGovID app to access your myGov account To do this you will need to make sure you set up the myGovID app with the original registered email address

i cant log into MyGov - ATO Community Hi @Lisa70, myGov allows access to a range of government services (not just the ATO), if you're having trouble getting into your account you'll need to speak to the myGov team and they'll be able to assist you They also have some info on the different ways to sign in to myGov
My myGOV identity strength is not strong enough, how do I increase it . . . If your myGovID is currently at a basic strength, you'll need to increase the strength to use it when signing into myGov To do so, you'll need to verify some documents in the myGovID app To obtain a strong ID strength you'll also need an Australian passport The myGovID site has a page on increasing your identity strength that should help out
