Is Wahapedia ok? : r Warhammer40k - Reddit Old thread, but people at my local game store absolutely use Wahapedia all the time At my local crusade, most players actually have printed Wahapedia sheets instead of the actual codex It's definitely to stiff GW money Many of these players own 3-6 armies, and they simply aren't going to buy a $50 codex for each army every few years
Thoughts on Wahapedia? : r Warhammer40k - Reddit At some point Wahapedia will have the correct information and the physical codex will be wrong I do love having the physical books to read on about the army, look for colour scheme inspiration in the art and to craft lists early on, but the digital media certainly has more value for me after the FaQs come out
Is wahapedia legal ? : r Warhammer40k - Reddit Wahapedia does neither of these, technically it's kinda like when you open a forum and share a screenshot of a rulebook to show it to some others As long as you don't sell those rules to anyone else, yeah, it's bad for GW's economy because less people will buy rulebooks, but it's technically legal
When will Wahapedia and Battlescribe update with 10th edition . . . - Reddit Wahapedia is in the same boat, the developer (yes, one guy) is working on it but it takes a while to make the webpages, about a few weeks were needed for the changes made in Arks of Omen to be documented there Imagine how it is for an entirely new edition with different everything
can i play with just wahapedia? : r Warhammer40k - Reddit Codexes have a fatal flaw being that once the FAQs, erratas, or balance changes come out, the book can't change while Wahapedia and Battlescribe updates within 2 weeks But codexes also have lore and art that you can't get from Wahapedia and Battlescribe which can really immerse you into the army ur playing
Is Wahapedia up to date ? : r Warhammer40k - Reddit Wahapedia is run by a single guy He typically updates the site with 2 weeks -2 months of new rules Depending on the size of rules He publishes updates on his patreon which you can find on site You have to pay to read the updates ofc, cuz patreon but you can see the titles to see like "Update-Killteam" "Update -Orruks"
PSA: Wahapedia is undergoing maintenance : r Warhammer40k - Reddit Wahapedia is not "gone", GW haven't "taken it down" It's just having server maintenance done At this time, there is no confirmed timescale for this maintenance to be completed, so these issues may continue for a while
Legions Imperialis wahapedia is up and running! Exciting news for Legions Imperialis fans! Check out Epic Heresy, a new Wahapedia-like resource with detailed game info, rules, datasheets and more Link on Wahapedia Mobile version is available too Plus, there's a Legions Imperialis Discord Server for rules discussions, updates, found errors and bugs and new ideas
Is there a wahapedia equivalent? : r Warhammer30k - Reddit They are all in the rulebook, there is no shame in looking at it every time you are unsure of something Sadly I don't know any alternative, the Wahapedia guy said that it would be too much effort to take care of HH It would certainly be nice to have a searchable digital rulebook or something like that
Just use Wahapedia : r Warhammer40k - Reddit Just use Wahapedia With the space marine data sheets now paywalled on the app, there is literally no reason not to use Wahapedia at this point Website devs have been working hard adding all of the indexes (half the armies have been added) all data sheets and how they interact are easily navigable everything on the site is usually only a day to
