Transitional Living Program | grace-house Established in 2014, the Transitional Living Program (TLP) extends Grace House’s services to girls ages 16 to 21 who are preparing to age out of foster care TLP offers a continuum of care, providing structure, guidance, and support as the girls transition toward independent living
Education Program - grace-house Our Education Program ensures a life-changing education for all girls, either in the Grace House Campus School or one of our private school partners We believe that providing our girls with an outstanding education will prepare them for success throughout their lives, both in future academic environments and the broader world

Youth Program | grace-house The Youth Program at Grace House serves girls ages 6 to 18 who have been removed from their parental homes and placed in state custody These girls receive 24 7 care in a safe, nurturing environment designed to feel like family
