Torque Converter to Flywheel Clearance - Team Chevelle TH350 Stock converter to a BluePrint 350 w BP Flexplate (new) I have done the research and just wanted to confirm what I have read online with the knowledge base here When I go to bolt the TC and the flywheel together, there is a gap of 210 as measured with feeler gauges (see pic below)
What spark plug, heat range and for modified 350 - Team Chevelle Gap at 035, you may have to play with this a few thousands to find the sweet spot Start at a mid heat range plug, you may have to go up or down a heat range or two depending on how the plug looks on inspection there are pictures that show you what a plug should look like after being ran I suggest NGK V-Power plugs, Autolite Racing is good as well I don't suggest iridium or platinum plugs
Flywheel gap??? | Arborist, Chainsaw Tree Work Forum The business cars gap is the quickest way of setting and will be fine As for the tape on that fly wheel I have never seen anything on any flywheel like that on any machine from large to small I have worked on If you bought the saw second hand maybe that was the previous owners way of setting the gap?
