Missing email in Shaw Webmail - you too? | Canadian TV, Computing and . . . So, if you are an @shaw ca email user and have some time on your hands, please have a look back through your webmail and see if this gap, or anything similar, has happened to you too Shaw is claiming the problem is on my end but with my settings leaving all mail on their server, I don't see how that is possible Any takers?
Is there any alternative apps I could use for Shaw Email. . . I'm looking for a new email app for my shaw email account and I want to know if there are any out there that supports shaw email webmail? The app i'm using now is the default one that comes with the I pad (apple mail?) thanks
emails missing (removed) from server - Canadian TV, Computing and Home . . . Every few months I access Shaw webmail to check up on things, and all has always been just fine Shaw upgraded my webmail to 2 0 on Oct 31st I logged into webmail today to find that Oct emails are still there, but all emails from Nov and Dec -- Nov 1st through to Dec 31st -- are missing
I cant see emails older than a month in webmail - Shaw Support Assisting a client with Shaw webmail issues and she is unable to view emails that are older than a month in her webmail on her laptop but on her older desktop it works fine Tried clearing browser history but that didn't resolve the issue

Webmail Interface Unreliable - Shaw Support No, it is a performance issue between Shaw's "Webmail" server and Shaw's "Authentication" server When your credentials (ID password) are sent to the Authentication server, and that server is "too slow" to respond, then the Webmail server tells you "unable to communicate" with the other server For me, a second click on "login" works
