Also, in the second BIOS screen you clicked on Select Filesystem What about the top-most Add boot option or Path for boot option or even Create, with the USB stick plugged in? As a last resort maybe you can try Launch CSM to enable legacy BIOS booting and see if that allows you to boot from USB or not

Im unable to boot my Windows 10 installer USB in UEFI mode? However, when I try booting in CSM boot mode, the USB boots just fine I tried installing Windows 10 in CSM then setting the boot mode back to UEFI mode, but I can't I'm trying to dual-boot Windows 10 with Windows 8 1 (already installed) and I'm currently using GPT, so I need to format the drive to MBR but I don't want to go through that trouble

Cannot modify BIOS setting on Asus Zenbook UX31a - Super User this is for anyone searching for the Launch CSM disabled (greyed out) issue (can't enable it) it's because Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS Disable it, then reboot and go back into BIOS and you should be able to enable Launch CSM
