not successful internally we then forward the account to one of our
corresponding attorneys to proceed on our clients behalf. at that point
we act as a liaison between the attorney and our client. our function
is to advise our client of there options through the collection process
and secure payment for them. if not successful we provide documentation
for them as a third party for fiscal year end write off.
