Rus-Ler Steels History? - The Steel Guitar Forum I just pulled the trigger on the Rus-Ler U12 steel that Tom Lulias had for sale on the Instruments For Sale section We talked on the phone today he told me he thought Rus-Ler was built by a person who worked for Zane Beck then went out on his own Does anybody out there know more about the history of Rus-Ler steels?
