Severe System Instability on Latest Clear Linux with Intel Core Ultra 7 . . . At this point, the entire system begins to lag significantly - including mouse input Even after terminating the high-CPU process, the lag persists until the system is rebooted Has anyone encountered this issue or knows what might be causing it? For me the easiest way to reproduce it is to trigger btrfs balance and wait a minute or two, no other workloads running No LSB modules are available FWIW I haven't noticed this issue on any arch kernels running on similar setup and platform (btrfs data single, meta mirror, on nvmes amd 5950x)
