What is the Difference Between 1b and 1c Hair? In 1b hair, part of the hair may have a gentle wave, and nearby, neighboring hair is straight Or the canopy on top is straight Or it doesn't wave back-and-forth, looking more like a single c-shape than gently repeating, large S's If the overall impression is that the person "has wavy hair", then you've crossed into 2a, 2b, or 2c territory

Because an application of conditioner containing silicone (keeping it on the lengths and away from his scalp) would help reduce mechanical damage Although I am wondering, does he really want silky smooth hair?

Curly girl for 1c 2a hair I'm wondering if anyone here has tried the curly girl method on 1c 2a hair? What were your results? If it worked for you, can you please share product recommendations? I would like to bring out more of the wave in my hair
