PSA: Stay far away from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. which is a good brokerage that offers training besides kw? i’m . . . Coldwell Banker and Century 21 are essentially franchise brokerages with each franchisee managing theirs independently So training is much more dependent on the management of the franchise, not the big national label behind it
