Got promoted when does my pay change? : r army - Reddit You should have seen the pay increase already, but sometimes the systems work slow I suggest you double check what it says at the top of the LES in the "grade" box, check your base pay amount in the entitlements box against the 2023 pay table or a previous LES to see if the amount is different (i e O1 promoting to O2 on 21-NOV, your base pay should be ~$3821 70, instead of the O1 base pay of
