Change 365 provider (reseller?) from Rackspace to Microsoft or other SP . . . We’re a long-time customer of Rackspace who signed with them as our reseller around 2015 for 365 products At the time, their support was great and it seemed a good idea to pay the slight premium to use them as a buffer between us and Microsoft support However, Rackspace support has plummeted in quality to the point that a ticket won’t get a response for days or weeks It’s time to go
