What is Chim? : r ElderScrolls - Reddit Chim is the act of apotheosis by means of rejecting the dream like nature of TES universe but simultaneously asserting your own existence In TES all of reality takes place within whats called the God Head where the dream takes place The conjunction of both actions results in achieving godlike power
Characters that achieved CHIM : r teslore - Reddit I feel like Vivec achieved CHIM and accepted his role as an NPC Sotha Sil saw the truth and became a developer Maiq became a critic They each found CHIM and accepted that they didn’t truly exist as freestanding beings, and avoided zero sum by finding a role within the “dream ”
How does one go about achieving CHIM? : r teslore - Reddit How does one go about achieving CHIM? Now from what I've read, it seems to be one achieves CHIM by realising they're part of the Godhead or however it goes But do we know the actual process? How many people know about CHIM? : r teslore - Reddit Yes, I know there was a post a while back about this (7 years ago at the time of writing this) But since there might be new lore from ESO, Legends, or some other things, how many people know about CHIM? I don't expect a random farmer on the outskirts of Blacklight to know it, but hey, it would be nice to know if they did
The Player Character achieved CHIM : r teslore - Reddit Is each Vestige a separate being that has achieved CHIM, or is each Vestige a small piece of one greater being that has achieved CHIM? The Vestige is also slightly closer to immortal than the other player characters Death can be undone with a soul gem, supposedly one of the perks of being an escapee from Coldharbour
