Organize Lists by Campus and Category - Planning Center Click the dropdown buttons and then select the category you want to assign to your new list If your church has campuses configured in Accounts, you’ll see an option to assign a campus here as well If you want to change your Category options, click Manage List Categories
Common lists – People To show a list of people grouped by their household, create a list and select the 🖨️ print icon at the top of the Results tab When you run the report, you'll have sections of people based on their household with their contact information and birthdays listed
Customize fields – People Select the Add collaborator dropdown menu to add new collaborators by role or by name Check the Share with Check-Ins checkbox to allow the custom fields to be printed on a label
Common Registration lists – Registrations Make a list of attendees or registration contacts for signups in a specific category Send an announcement, text them, send them a styled email, or perform bulk actions on your list to update their profiles or register them for a specific selection in another signup
Common attendee lists – Check-Ins If you add age or grade filters to your locations, children without a birthdate or grade will see a message that there are no locations to check in to Create a list to find children in your database who don't have an age or grade on their profile and set the list to show their household adults
