HOW TO CHECK IF CDI IS BAD??? - Blue Traxx Forum If your warrior will start and charge the battery the charging coil is okay If it won't start its's one of the other coils more than likely When the CDI goes bad it won't run at all When a stator goes bad it goes bad a little at a time until it won't run at all

1987 Yamaha warrior CDI | Blue Traxx Forum 1987 Yamaha warrior CDI I am new to this forum I have an 87 warrior that I have left sitting around for a few years I am looking to get it back up and running It has no spark I tested the stator and it tests out ok Coil seems to be ok The only other step is to replace the CDI I have read that there is no way to test a CDI
Cdi wiring help - Blue Traxx Forum this is what i found on yfm350 com bones 04-08-2012, 09:13 PM the 87 stator has 1)4 wire plug with blue, green,yellow, and gray 1)3 wire plug all white a red wire and a white and green wire the 88-89 is the same but the 4 wire plug was change and only has 3 wires going to it yellow, green and blue A is 87
Can I put any year wiring harness, stator, CDI, etc. . . 2001 I have a complete harness with cdi,coi, and rectifier, no switches contrlols or stator pickup coil with it But it came from my running 2001 I posted it for sale on the classifieds, the only thing you might need if that is the wrong stator in your bike would be that and of course, fixing any cut wiring from various switches components
CDI Issue - Blue Traxx Forum Racing blue 9 posts · Joined 2009 #6 · Oct 12, 2010 The main fuse has nothing to do with the cdi, bypassing it will not effect your cdi, your battery may not like it and in the worst scenario you'll fry your stator Cdi will give up if the sparkplug is bad, or the ignition coil Bad stator will also be no good
CDI mod??? - Polaris RZR Forum - RZR Forums. net If your 150 performance CDI's are anything like mine then I don't think you'll see any improvement The CDI I have used deffinetly made a diiference from the stock 5-6000 rpm it went as high as almost 9000 rpm and much quicker off the line Plus it has the same plug fitting

Vortex X10 CDI review | Blue Traxx Forum 584 posts · Joined 2003 #1 · Jan 16, 2004 Just a short review for anyone considering the Vortex X10 CDI I found the main improvments are throttle response top speed (rev limiter kicks in at 11700 rpm) much better starting with cam mod and generaly alot more punch, So far I would reccomend it to anyone with simlar or better setup as me, a
