How to Apply – Towhee - Child Development Institute How to Apply to Towhee In order to establish the presence of a specific learning disability, we require a psychological assessment conducted by a Registered Psychologist If you are new to CDI, please contact our main intake line at 416-603-1827 ext 2254 We will conduct an intake and ask for a copy of your child’s psychoeducational assessment
