Work at Camp — Camp Chippewa and Retreat Center Camp Volunteers must be 18+ , Safe Gatherings certified, and willing to share a cabin with campers Hard working volunteers help make our 660 acres beautiful and safe for all of our campers, guests, and animals Work projects can include; painting, firewood cutting and cleanup, fence building, roadwork, tree work, and more!
Institute (9th-12th) — Camp Chippewa and Retreat Center Institute is a week of Christian spiritual growth and faith development for high school students It is held at Baker University in Baldwin City and is intentional about making disciples for the transformation of the world The week will be packed with powerful worships, impactful small groups, and meaningful workshops Instituters will stay in the dorms at Baker
Day Camp (K-5th) — Camp Chippewa and Retreat Center Grades K-5th Want to learn what camp is like, but aren't ready to stay overnight? Come to Day Camp! Each week is a different theme! Experience a variety of activities like archery, swimming, low ropes, canoes paddleboats, worship, bible study, crafts, and more! From 7am-6pm, activities change daily and weekly depending on the theme! 3 meals
Events — Camp Chippewa and Retreat Center Performed the weekend of Palm Sunday, in the beautiful outdoors of Camp Chippewa, Ottawa Kansas The production will feature a free 45-minute walking tour, which will not exceed 2 miles of hiking Walking with Jesus includes eight unique scenes that portray key events during Jesus' life on Earth, performed by a local team of volunteers
