I have today found the same problem When composing a new email in New Outlook, there is no "flag" option in the ribbon Yes, there is still a "flag" option on my Inbox ribbon, so I can flag emails that have been sent to me, however this is not what I am trying to achieve I am sending a new email to others, and wish to include a flag on that email to prompt recipients to reply by a specific date
