Baffin Ice Breaker vs Snow Monster - In-Depth Outdoors The Snow Monster looked better with more laces However there are reviews that the laces kind of suck and by pics the Ice Breaker looked maybe a bit taller Not interested in Baffin Impacts I read the issues with fitting bibs over the top Also have access to a nearly new pair of Sorel Glacier’s so I don’t think I need that class of boot
Baffin Yoho boots - Outdoor Gear Forum - In-Depth Outdoors Looking at the Baffin Yoho reviews, people seem to like them Anyone have any input experience with them? Any other boots I should consider? I know there are 1000’s out there I’m looking for something in the hiker style, not knee high Muck boots
Warmest Winter Boot? - Outdoor Gear Forum - In-Depth Outdoors Baffin Eigers…they don’t go as high up your leg as the Impacts but are incredibly warm and very easy to get around in Walked many miles across the snow and ice in them Pair them with a pair of ice cleats for early season fishing and you can’t beat them
Baffin Apex - Ice Fishing Forum - In-Depth Outdoors Replaced them this year with Baffin Wolf Snow and hated them They leaked, offer the ankle support of a kid’s moon boot, and were unnaturally cold at temps that even a marginal product (20 degrees) should have had no problems I’ve replaced the Wolf Snow (Snow Wolf??) with a new pair of Apex
Ice Fishing Boots - Ice Fishing Forum - In-Depth Outdoors La Crosse Alphaburly These For what you mentioned they are going to be the best I have used Baffin Impacts for the last 10 years for ice fishing and there awesome Water proof within reason I dropped a boot in trying to get out late ice last year and found out they are no longer water proof, made for a rough sit The Burlys are 100% water proof as they are neoprene
Baffin Titans OR Muck Arctics - In-Depth Outdoors I took advantage of that Baffin Deal last week and im waiting for them to come in the mail I cant tell you whether they are good or not but I spend a fair amount of time researching fishing related items online and I have seen them come up quite a few times when people are talking about the best ice fishing boots available If I were you I would jump on that deal as you well know its a great
Boots – Korkers Baffins - Ice Fishing Forum - In-Depth Outdoors I have owned both Baffin impacts that are very warm but run very small I have size 11 5 feet ordered 12,s they were not big enough so my toes got cold Sold those and bought korkers for the cleats The new neos arctic rubber boots They are warm ant the built in cleats and rubber have worked great with slush and bare ice
Baffin Boots? - Ice Fishing Forum - In-Depth Outdoors With the Baffin Eiger’s did you find that you had to wear wool socks, or were they fine with a normal pair? I’ve yet to need my thick woolies I have a “hiking” thin pair blended poly and smartwool I put these boots through the works lately Water, slush, snowmobling, subzero fishing, shoveling, etc
