How do I login to the Cisco Certification Tracking System I have a Cisco ID CSCO13352XXX but I'm struggling to view my certifications When I click login it asks for my username and password and doesn't accept CSCO13352XXX as a valid username Seems to want a cisco ID account Can anyone point me in the right direction please? How to publish credentials to a third party company? Got help from Certification support using the new tracking system, you can go to "transcripts" tab then create new transcript and then add the third party email and report will be sent to them from Cisco

However, for assistance regarding your original certificate, I would recommend opening a case with the Learning@Cisco Centralized Support team The support team can review your records to check if there were any issues with the certificate processing and or confirm if a certificate was issued and sent mailed out
