Moose Jaw City Council Approves 2025 Budget Council approved a 5 17% property tax increase for 2025, with 3 66% dedicated to City programs and services, and 1 51% allocated to the Moose Jaw Police Service for their Budget Council also approved a 4% increase to water rates and a 4% increase to wastewater rates
