It seems to have occurred since update 46 Ganakton The Tempest perma-stuns It's lightning attack perma-stuns with no ability to break free or get more then one skill off before being stunned a second time, occasionally re-stunning before the stun timer runs out I now have to wait until my companion slowly grinds down the monster
