KT's tends to have it, big chains like O'Charley's and Applebees rarely do KT's has always been consistent in being good food It does have that "O'Charley's" atmosphere, a point the wife and I discussed to no end during our visit, but it feels a little more personal somehow Disappointing to find out there is no head chef, however
