LIHEAP - ALPI payments to low-income households LIHEAP assistance supports ALPI’s vision of individuals living safe, healthy and self-reliant lives Households must meet the following requirements: 1 Have a total household gross income of no more than 150% of the Federal Poverty guidelines 2 Be responsible for paying their home heaing or cooling bills 3
LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) - ALPI The Home Energy Assistance Program allows for a benefit payment on behalf of eligible households who have a heating or cooling obligation There is one benefit payment, per program year, of which the amount is based on a home energy assistance matrix
