The game is listed on steam but I cant see it : r BlueProtocolPC - Reddit If your steam region is indian and you turn on VPN to EU you wont see Blue Protocol or Gundam nor Lost Ark But you can see that on the browser since you are not logged in the browser But your steam app is kinda "logged into" an EU vpn So you can just press play on browser and it will add it to your library

About Blue Protocol being not available on Steam for SEA . . . - Reddit About Blue Protocol being not available on Steam for SEA regions This might be the same with Lost Ark where you can change your region to add the game in your library So basically you just have to use VPN for that purpose, download the game, log in Perfect HOWEVER the bigger problem is would the game be playable at higher ping?
