I previously downloaded Xcode from the Mac App Store but I recenlty had to Restore my installation of MacOS This deleted Xcode from my install I went to the App Store to re-download a compatible version I see the icon showing that it's been downloaded before, cloud with a arrow facing down When I click on that I get a message: We could not complete your purchase Xcode can't be installed
