PK PKM的供弹系统就是SG43的单程输弹，二次进弹改良版，把输弹臂螺旋槽从枪机框上面移到了侧面，把原来的平动式输弹臂换成了摇摆式杠杆输弹臂，并且用弹链箱挂板盖住了输弹杠杆臂的下方，防止磕碰造成机匣变形，导致输弹臂无法摆动。
