I am trying to find the MSOL cmdlets Every link I find says 'not there' Bing only seems to return hits to the Azure cmdlerts, not the MSOL module

We have a selective sync from AD to AzureAD based on OU, and up until Friday every MSOL user account that was lit up also had a SPO user account to go with it I added roughly 20 users to the sync on Friday, and though their MSOL accounts are created, they are not getting a SPO account and thus cannot be added to any SPO sites

The next sync cycle will soft delete the msol user, however when I examine the soft deleted users using powershell the user account still shows as having a license

I ran a search on the domain again on a whim, and discovered an account called MSOL_AD_Sync that had the description filled in, so it looks like the system-created account
